About NPLF
The Northland Public Library Foundation builds financial support for the benefit of the library and the surrounding community. Northland Public Library Foundation was founded in 1985 to encourage private support through gifts, trusts, government and private foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, and bequests for the benefit of the Northland Public Library. To date, the Foundation has raised funds to help support the Library with everything from new books and materials to capital improvements, reading enrichment programs, technology, and programs. The Foundation is a major advocate for the library, working to promote greater awareness and support for its many valuable programs and services to the community. Northland Public Library Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Tax I.D. #25-1512340. Support Northland Public Library with a gift to Northland Public Library Foundation. BoardNorthland Public Library Foundation is pleased to be a partner in the success of the Library. We, as board members, are deeply committed to the role the Northland Public Library serves in our community. While the Library is first and foremost a public asset, the Foundation supports the "margin of excellence" that public funding alone cannot provide. Through our Annual Fund as well as targeted endowment funds, we raise and contribute funds for the Library. The Foundation By-Laws currently allow up to 17 board members.
